VES CARE - VES HELP DESK
When you call the VES Help Desk the phone is answered during business hours by a live person here in St. Louis, who will assess your needs, help you immediately with simple solutions, or analyze your problem assigning a technician to contact you promptly with the proper solutions. Our objective is to keep these service costs at a minimum so for many of the non-technical Help Desk Calls, there is no charge. As a VES Care subscriber, you can receive 24/7 Customer Service capabilities in addition to the regular services provided in the VES Care plan all designed to help you budget your system support costs more easily.
VES DESIGN CENTER - NEW SYSTEMS
The VES Design Center, which offers the initial “No Obligation” site survey and analysis, was developed to provide a systematic process of giving our clients an opportunity to find out what state-of-the-art vendor solutions may be available to address their overall voice and data needs. By using a design-build approach through the design center, your new system can be brought online in affordable phases utilizing all new equipment or integrating your legacy components into a comprehensive design if that is an appropriate option. Since VES Solutions is a certified provider of a majority of the leading equipment vendors, you are assured of quality performance that matches our standard of service excellence.
LEGACY SUPPORT
Many of our customers start with us in a service-only capacity even though we did not provide the original equipment they are currently using. The majority of our business comes from referrals and many of them service only of legacy systems like this. However, with “Service - Priority One,” we know that one day those customers may need more and when they do, we know they will be able to tell the difference between us and a company that puts equipment first before service. That’s why we developed VES Care, our systems service agreement which our clients can subscribe to no matter who sold them their equipment.
TRAINING
Comprehensive training programs for all new system installations are always a part of our system/service design. Our certified technical engineers become first-name-basis members of your in-house team, taking the time to train your staff in the latest system procedures and protocols, helping you to learn how to handle routine tasks that allow you to minimize your support costs and stretch departmental budgets.
