When you call the VES Help Desk the phone is answered during business hours by a certified technician here in St. Louis, who will assess your needs, help you immediately, analyze your problem and assign an onsite engineer if further assistance is needed. Our Help Desk Customer Service Representatives have access to the information about your account and your system so they can intelligently discuss the issues concerning your situation and will know your history. They are trained to guide you through basic procedures and systems troubleshooting processes to help identify common problems before assigning a technician to address the issue. Our objective is to keep your service costs at a minimum.

This can make the communication process much clearer and you can obtain your instructions in writing for continued reference or assignment to staff.
