IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
By using a design-build approach through the VES Design Center, your new system can be brought online in affordable phases utilizing all new equipment or integrating your legacy components into a comprehensive design. The written “Implementation Plan” will include coordinated phases that you arrange with your Design Center Engineer to better meet your budget projections, staff limitations or seasonal business patterns. Full design drawings including a parts list are generated. Included are detailed explanations and helpful advice based on each customer's own specific site structure, security needs, topology, wiring, building locations, current and anticipated traffic levels, budget constraints and required legacy equipment interfaces. Regular update meetings are scheduled as a part of the Design Center long term planning process. The long term plan can then be revised as expectations are compared to actual developments. It is easier to make changes on paper than it is after the equipment has arrived at your door, because in today’s IT environment, if there is one thing that is constant, it is change.
